For group booking is highly recommended. Due to the architectural characteristics of the Museum, entry is permitted to groups of maximum 25 people; in cases where the group is made up of a larger number of people, it will be divided into subgroups which will have access to the Museum every 20 minutes.

Ticket holders of the Puccini Festival are entitled to a reduction on the Museum ticket.
Puccini Museum ticket holders are entitled to a 10% discount, valid in sectors II, III and IV, not combinable with further promotions on tickets for the Torre del Lago Puccini Festival.
